We develop contemporary design as well as restoration projects, providing a variety of functions on both the architectural and urban levels.
Our studio has worked in several commercial projects in architectural design, intervention criteria, documentation and technical support in legal affairs. Spanning from offices to retail and hospitality, our studio has developed several projects in Cartagena. We have covered Downtown as well as its buffer zone and the industrial area. Over the past 2 decades we have witnessed how the city expands with our clients' ventures. Developers like CIVILCO, Constructora Barajas, Constructora JEMUR and INVERMAS have been in our commercial porfolio. These are some of our commercial projects:
- Hard Rock Café Cartagena, Bosi retail store and the French Alliance.
- Hotels: Las Botas Hostel Hilton Motto, Tcherassi, Bastión Luxury, Santa Cecilia and Movich.
- Rafael Núñez Museum, Carulla Bocagrande Supermarket and La Decorateria retail store.
