OUR WORKFLOW

• The 1st step is a successful concept our clients are happy with. Next, we'll develop the concept to provide different options until the project checks all our client's boxes. Once the clients green light the option that fulfill their needs within an affordable budget, we develop the construction documents sheet set for a general contractor review to set a realistic construction price. This is the moment for our clients to explore the construction funding and interact with banks with a project brief sheet set.

• Our studio will coordinate with the general contractor's engineers the Structure, MEP and HVAC to avoid system collisions and close the construction sheet set. During the construction phase we'll supervise the execution of our project reviewing providers workshop drawings and technical submittals to assure our clients that everything matches with the developed concept they invested in.



• Designer/Client Protocol details, design methodology, drafting workflow and visualization technology will be shared with our clients under a signed consultancy contract before we start the job. During the design process our clients have access to our online platform, which keeps them up to date with advances, meetings schedule and capture their feedback.
