We develop contemporary design as well as restoration projects, providing a variety of functions on both the architectural and urban levels.

Since 1998 Jaime Correa Vélez started developing projects with Cartagena Mayor's Office and the studio began its engagement with the public sector in 2007. We have worked in architectural projects like the "Rafael Nuñez Museum" and the "Convent of San Diego", current facilities of the "Bolivar Fine Arts & Science University", both Colombia's Historic Architecture Landmarks.

Our founding partner designed the "Sundial Park" in San Felipe' Castle's buffer zone in 2000, bringing this public park back to life after 2 decades of abandonment. This project was originally designed in 1972 as the "Flower Clock Park" by architect José Rojas Beleño. It fell into disgrace in the early 1980's, emerged as a new public square in 2001 and is currently under renovation in 2025.

The studio's focus has been on urban planning, mainly on Cartagena's UNESCO World Heritage status, with the city authorities and the National Government's Ministery of Culture. Between 2013 and 2015 Jaime Correa Vélez was an advisor to Cartagena’s Mayor as the Downtown "Management & Protection Special Plan (PEMP)" Coordinator, with the task of developing this urban regulation and presenting it to the Colombian national government, the District Council of Cartagena, the private business sector as well as the community in a variety of scenarios. Correa's active lead in a team effort involving the City Planning Office and the Public Spaces Management, brought to fruition the 2015 regulation of the public squares in Cartagena's Downtown. These squares have been generating a continuous stream of revenue the city has invested in the long-term maintenance of these areas over the past decade.
